Here's how to fix visual bugs in the Tagetik Excel add-in!
Working with CCH Tagetik has given us several useful tips and tricks that we would like to share with you.
We noticed that for several clients slicers were not displaying correctly in reports, matrix buttons were disappearing, and other visual problems were occurring. We found that the solution can be found in the Excel application:
Open your Excel client.
Go to File > Options > General > User Interface options.
Check the Optimize for compatibility box.

After rebooting, you should be able to work correctly with slicers and matrix buttons again.
