CCH Tagetik Financial & Management Reporting Training
One day to get comfortable with reporting in CCH Tagetik. We start with how the data model, dimensions and hierarchies fit together, move on to building and changing Excel-based reports, and finish with how to spot and fix the most common reporting issues.
Reports are where your Tagetik data becomes useful. Yet for many teams, building or changing a report still depends on a consultant or that one experienced colleague. In this full-day training, Ziyu Wang introduces you to the basics of CCH Tagetik Reporting: the data model, dimensions, hierarchies and the key reporting features. Through hands-on exercises, you learn to create and change Excel-based reports yourself.
Who should attend
This training is for controllers, reporting specialists and key users who already use Tagetik reports but haven’t built or changed one themselves yet. You don’t need a technical background. Basic knowledge of Tagetik and Excel helps.
What you’ll be able to do afterwards
- Explain how the Tagetik data model works and how dimensions and hierarchies drive a report
- Build basic Excel-based reports on your own
- Change existing reports by adjusting dimensions, members and layout
- Pick the right dimensions and members to get the data you need
- Find and fix common reporting issues, such as wrong or missing numbers
In short: handle your day-to-day reporting yourself, without waiting for a consultant.
