Getting the client and our opinionated professionals to work together optimally to ensure the results we promised our client. Clients, mostly CFOs of larger organizations in the Netherlands, regularly struggle with change issues. Terms such as "digital transformation" and "digital finance" are regularly dropped in the conversations we have with them. Hyped words that are quite difficult to put into practice. And that is exactly what we like to do: organizing the financial function in a pragmatic and realistic way. The projects we do are not for beginners. Whether we use the term Medior or Senior Project Manager is not so relevant. The bottom line is that we don't have to explain to you that structure and results are important. You bring a lot of energy to the project and make sure that sufficient speed is achieved by making timely decisions, keeping stakeholders involved and escalating when necessary.
Of course you master the common methods and apply the right resources, which we gladly make available. You understand the financial field and the changes going on there. Systems, data and information management are terms that came up daily in the projects where you gained experience. You stand your ground when it comes to complex change projects with multidisciplinary teams and enjoy taking final responsibility.

This is what you got

You are decisive and like to take the initiative. You are good at balancing the interests of the client and your project team and you communicate clearly and directly at different levels. You know what is going on with both your clients and your project team and you continuously look ahead in the project to identify and mitigate possible obstacles in time. You speak fluent Dutch and English so you can communicate well with all our clients and internal colleagues. Naturally, you closely monitor the budget and planning and report in a structured and timely manner. You have a financial or business education at HBO or WO level and have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the financial field. 

In addition, you like to roll up your sleeves, are commercially alert and have an entrepreneurial mentality. Your hands itch to get to work with your colleagues to further develop the services and expand the team. 

We offer you

• A remuneration between €92,000 and €107,000. This remuneration is composed of an annual salary, variable component, mobility allowance and 8% vacation pay.
• In addition, you will of course receive good working equipment such as a laptop and telephone.
